Kurzbeschreibung des Promotionsvorhabens
Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly used in workplaces – but is its use perceived differently depending on the user’s gender? Based on social psychology, my research examines whether women in particular are evaluated as less competent or high-performing when using AI, potentially reinforcing gender inequalities. I investigate which conditions amplify or reduce the influence of gender stereotypes when human-AI interaction is observed at work. The goal is to derive practical recommendations to support bias-free AI implementation and contribute to a more equitable digital transformation.
